Membership Fees

Not sure if you want to do track? Join us for two trial sessions for $20.
The trial fee will be credited to your membership fees if you decide to
join. Trial athletes must complete the registration form. The trial program
is recommended for all prospective athletes as we cannot issue
refunds.

Special 6-week membership
Do you play football, basketball or some other sport and want to
CRUSH your competition this or next season? Join us on a special
6-week trial membership for $200 to learn how to get faster, jump higher and throw farther!

The training programs that we currently offer are:

Senior Team
Inclusive of the long-term athlete development (LTAD) stages of Training to Train, Learning to Compete, Training to Compete and Learning to Win, athletes in the Senior Team program are introduced to and develop the advanced performance pathways of track and field. Event specialization and training, advanced training leading to consistent performances at higher levels of competition are the key components of the Senior Team program.

Intermediate Team
Inclusive of the long-term athlete development (LTAD) stages of Learning to Train, Training to Train, Learning to Compete, athletes in the Intermediate Team program are introduced to and develop the basic and intermediate performance pathways of track and field. The start of event specialization and training, as well as training leading to competitions are the key components of the Intermediate Team program.

Intermediate & Senior Teams - Middle Distance
Designed to develop competitive distance runners, this program is inclusive of the long-term athlete development (LTAD) stages of Training to Train, Learning to Compete, Training to Compete and Learning to Win. Athletes are introduced to and develop the performance pathways of distance running /cross-country, as well as advanced training leading to consistent performances at higher levels of competition.


Junior Development (JD)
Athletes in the JD group (ages 7-13) are introduced to track and field, in addition to the development of beginner-level track and field skills. This is the grassroots development program, teaching young athletes the skills of running, jumping and throwing and the technical skill progressions for track and field events. These skills form the basis of all land-based sport and as such, provide a strong foundation for success in all other sports and physical activities, which allows participants to develop a positive self image and be the best they can be.


Adult Masters Team
Your entry into a track and field event could be simply to have fun, have a healthy workout, or as a serious competitor, attempt a personal best performance. Athletes will also get to try different track and field disciplines (running, jumping, throwing) in a training environment focused on technical instruction, participation, inclusiveness, and healthy living.
