6-week membership for $200 to learn how to get faster, jump higher

training programs that we currently offer are:
Varsity Team (Sprints) & Varsity Team (Multi-events)
Inclusive of the long-term athlete development (LTAD) stages of
Learning to Train, Training to Train, Learning to Compete, Training
to Compete and Learning to Win, athletes in the Varsity Team programs
are introduced to and develop the intermediate and advanced performance
pathways of track and field. Event specialization and training,
advanced training leading to consistent performances at higher
levels of competition are the key components of the Varsity Team
Designed to develop competitive distance
runners, this program is inclusive of the long-term athlete development
(LTAD) stages of Training to Train, Learning to Compete, Training
to Compete and Learning to Win. Athletes are introduced to and
develop the performance pathways of distance running /cross-country,
as well as advanced training leading to consistent performances
at higher levels of competition.
Junior Varsity Team (JV)
Athletes on the JV Team (ages 7-13) are introduced to track and
field, in addition to the development of beginner-level track
and field skills. This is the grassroots development program,
teaching young athletes the skills of running, jumping and throwing
and the technical skill progressions for track and field events.
These skills form the basis of all land-based sport and as such,
provide a strong foundation for success in all other sports and
physical activities, which allows participants to develop a positive
self image and be the best they can be.
Your entry into a track and field event could be simply to have
fun, have a healthy workout, or as a serious competitor, attempt
a personal best performance. Athletes will also get to try different
track and field disciplines (running, jumping, throwing) in a
training environment focused on technical instruction, participation,
inclusiveness, and healthy living.
